Cooking Instructions: Add 1/4 cup seltzer or water on the kugel and pop it in the oven on 300 for 1 hour. To overnight: add 1/2 cup seltzer or water on the kugel and seal it tightly. Also add a pan of water on a lower rack and bake on 250 for 10-12 hours.
